CYR is excited to get our winter conditioning underway. This is a crucial time in our preparations for spring racing. This is also a great time for new athletes to join us! Whether you think rowing could be the sport for you or you want to stay fit during your off season, give CYR a try!
This winter we are excited to offer more specialized training for each of our squads at Motion Fitness. For Novice and Varsity our winter training program includes weight training, as well as erg sessions. Weight training, will 2x per week, along with 3 erg sessions. Middle school squad will train on the erg 3x per week. There is also an option to join us for Winter Training Lite - at home aerobic sessions, plus join the team at CYR for weight training sessions at Motion!
